Anti-social behaviour in Trinity Park Bishops Stortford |
||
|
Dear Resident,
I would like to introduce myself as one of the local PCSO'S at Bishops Stortford and give local residents an update as to the work we have been doing to deal with the reports of Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) at Trinity Park, and the importance of resident reporting all incidents.
We have held some Engagements in the Park and spoken Residents and Park users about the issues that have been reported to us in the Park. We have also spoken to the Church and local Night Shelter Staff about reporting issues as they are happening.
Through our targeted patrols and local residents reporting issues we have stopped, and identified some of the youths involved in ASB in the Park Area . We will be visiting their home addresses and speaking to parents about their behaviour and the impact it having on local residents.
Operation Panther is the possess we follow for youths that are identified as being Anti Social, a letter is sent to parents and in some cases we will hand deliver it. If they continue their behaviour both parents and child are invited into the Police Station to discuss their behaviour.
I will also be meeting with the East Herts Open Spaces Team to discuss how we can improve lighting in the area and Park security. I have also planned some Arson Patrols with the Herts Fire and Rescue Team.
Please take the time to fill in the Survey below and keep reporting incidents via 101 for ASB and non emergencies, if a crime is taking place please call 999.
If you have any information you would like to share with your local officers, including detail on what you've seen or what time and where it has been happening, please take the time to complete this short survey:
Local officers are regularly patrolling the streets in your area - on foot, with visibility patrols and covert patrols.
If you are able to report to police at the time the ASB is happening, please ring 101 or report through the online portal here, or ring 999 if it is an emergency.
